Our Marketing team is growing and we are seeking a highly organised and energetic Marketing Brand Manager to join us here at Fortius Clinic London!
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, and possess exceptional organisational skills to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will drive the strategic direction of our brand, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints while also providing the financial and commercial insight necessary to support growth.

Part of The Affidea Group, Fortius is the UK's leading private orthopaedic and sports injury group. Founded in 2011 by London surgeons and radiologists, with a shared vision of building a worldwide centre of excellence in musculoskeletal care. Their dream was to create a clinic that would bring together the country's leading experts in orthopaedics and sports medicine, with a shared commitment to advancing the science of musculoskeletal medicine and providing the best patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Development
Develop, execute, and manage the brand strategy in line with Fortius Clinic’s values and long-term vision.
Ensure all marketing materials, communications, and events reflect the organisation’s brand and its premium position within the market.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust strategies.
Project Management
Oversee and coordinate multiple marketing initiatives, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand goals.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
Financial & Commercial Management
Manage the brand marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost-effective spending and return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with leadership to provide data-driven recommendations and performance metrics to guide future marketing initiatives.
Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives, making data-backed adjustments as needed.
Brand Advocacy
Act as the brand guardian, maintaining brand integrity across all communication channels and customer interactions.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging both internally and externally.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with internal teams to understand the needs of various departments to ensure brand alignment.
Manage agency and third-party relationships, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.

Job requirements
Experience & Education:
3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within healthcare, sports medicine, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
Key Skills:
Highly organised with exceptional project management abilities.
Strong understanding of financial principles, ROI measurement, and budget management.
Energetic, driven, and adaptable to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Commercially astute with an ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.
Desirable Attributes:
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
A passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes.
Experience in managing or contributing to large-scale brand campaigns.
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends is a plus.
