At Affidea - parent company of Fortius Clinic - we are hiring a Business Development Analyst, to join us on a full-time permanent basis.

This is to work from central London with some flexibility of remote working.

Purpose of the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Analyst to join us and be part of the most vibrant and competitive market in private healthcare. The successful candidate joins at a time of transformative growth and will be instrumental in ensuring that our processes scale in line with the business.

The successful candidate will support strategic initiatives within the Affidea UK & Ireland market, including M&A, greenfield investments, and strategic partnerships. This role will be instrumental in building robust financial models, preparing investment materials, managing deal pipelines, and supporting decision-making across clinical services, digital health, life sciences, and healthcare infrastructure.

We are looking for a talented, experienced team member, who will have a strong interest in understanding key business processes, commercial implications and a passion for developing new predictive analytics utilising new and existing data sources.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or STEM.

  • Advanced experience in investment banking, corporate finance, strategy consulting, transaction services, or in-house M&A (healthcare sector experience preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong analytical skillset and financial literacy.

  • Ability to prepare and present materials to senior leadership, including CEOs, CFOs, and shareholders.

  • Technical Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualisation tools.

  • Analytical & Research Skills.

  • Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Experience with data interpretation and trend forecasting.

  • Financial modelling and ROI analysis.

  • Project Management Experience.

  • Exposure to market expansion or product development projects.

  • Market research and competitive analysis.
