Fortius Clinic are hiring a Nurse to join their Surgical Ward in their hospital in Marylebone, London.

Hospital based in Marylebone, London

37.5 hours per week

Full-time Permanent role

Shifts are 8-12 hours long

Days, Nights, and Weekends included in the rota

£37,000 base + unsocial hour pay

Job requirements

  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN

  • A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience from an inpatients setting

  • Ability to be flexible with a rota

  • Undertaken a relevant phlebotomy course and current clinical practice in this area

  • Evidence of continuous professional development

  • Relevant orthopaedic experience

  • Good IT skills and ability to use clinical data systems

  • Be able to demonstrate knowledge of NMC professional code of conduct and its application.

  • Understanding of fundamentals of nursing care and ability to deliver a high standard of individualised care.

  • Up to date clinical skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team and some experience of managing a small team.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
