Job description
Fortius Clinic London are looking to hire a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub, to join their Surgical Centre in Marylebone, London.
This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting to the Head and Deputy Head of Theatres.
There is the option of a 4 or 5 day working week, covering 37.5 hours per week with a mix of earlies, lates, and long days.

Job requirements
Essential:
Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
Educated to degree level with considerable further professional development
Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience in operating theatre setting
Qualified Surgical First Assist
ILS Qualification
Strong organisational and communications skills
Demonstrable experience of driving growth
Proven ability to lead a multi-functional team
Mentorship/Practice Assessor
Evidence of clinical reasoning skills across a varied patient case mix
Effective communicator with the ability to build professional relationships
Evidence of continuous professional development
Desirable:
Experience of tight budgetary management including Profit and Loss accountability
